Pros
- Lots of freedom/autonomy (if you have a cool/impactful idea, it's genuinely encouraged that you go build it) - They trust you to get your stuff done, and don't mind when/how you do it (flexible working is genuinely encouraged) - I used to work from home all the time - I now go into the office most days because it's got a great atmosphere with interesting speakers/events, socials, free lunches etc. - The work is genuinely interesting and rewarding. Leadership teams make a big effort to share the impact of what we do with heartwarming stories from customers - which makes it all feel worth it - Everyone here is genuinely kind/friendly and really keen to see you succeed
Cons
- Sharing information between teams is hard (different countries face different sector challenges and are at different stages of growth - so we naturally default to working in silos) - Progression frameworks aren't super clear
