Pros

decent salary, the abysmal management mean that colleagues really band together as a team and look out for each other as no one else will.

Cons

Management swing from overbearing, micro managing every part of the job and analysing everything you do to non existent . In both instances though, there is no support. Ingeus has the facade of a professional company that cares about individuals on benefits and staff. The truth unfortunately is that they care about neither and just the money being made. In the last year of service with them, one of the regional managers emailed advisors a list of clients who would make the company money if they started work in next few weeks and we were told to focus on these groups. This was disgusting! There is no job security at Ingeus as there is always the threat of performance support process which can mean that they can manage you out of the business in a few months. In addition to this, constant redundancies mean that no long term plans can be made as an employee. I would advise people to steer clear if thinking of joining Ingeus.

Pros

A team who truly care about making a difference in learners lives Everyone works hard to make it work and reach for 'Outstanding' An inspirational Director and Head of Delivery who understand the sector and what it takes to be the best Very competitive salaries Ingeus - Work hard to support the skills division and support our growth Ingeus - Provide me as a manager the tools required to do my best, an amazing company

Cons

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!

It’s great to hear your positive comments of your time at Ingeus, with the right support and tools in place to excel in your role. I agree with your point around communication. It’s really important that we keep colleagues connected. If you have any specific ideas for how we can do this better, please do get in touch with me, or our Communications Team directly. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Kind Regards, Barry Fletcher
