No support at all for onboarding Excessive work load Toxic work environment that incentivase and normalize the complete absence of work/life balance Impossible to meet deadlines what obligates you to work extra hours basically every day Unpaid extra hours, you create a bank of hours that will expire in 3 months if not used. If used, you have so much workload that when you come back from your time off you have double work Salary is lower compared to other companies
