IFF just doesn't provide fragrance solutions, but IFF also partner with clients to build new product concepts for their brands by analyzing the need gap in their product portfolio, by tracking the market trends in India and as well as global market

Cons

Primitive style of work, very perception driven, career growth not properly defined, leadership is weak, inappropriate synergy across various functions, flat organisation structure, limited opportunity to explore new ventures and chalenges

No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
