      Humana has training opportunities and will pay for certain certifications, depending on your management approval. (i.e. PMP).

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. No clear path for career advancement. To get a promotion or raise, you need to leave the company. Some directors have no business being directors.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
