      Pros

      Good company to work for. Very fair. Decent pay for starting out. No favoritism or discrimination. Drama free. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Reorganizations & layoffs. There really isn't anything bad i can say other than that honestly. I'm overall very happy w/ Humana.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
