Pros
The pay is good, the benefits do cost a little more and you do have high deductibles but at least we have something, with so many people unemployed
Cons
Senior Management needs classes on anger management and how to actually treat people It has gotten better in the years I have been there but I trully believe that they are only nice because it is now expected of them, but not really how they want to treat us.
