      Pros

      Absolutely wonderful company to work for, very friendly and very professional. Lots of programs to take part in if you have the time. Gives back all in all wonderful company to work for.

      Cons

      Targets for sales reps are not based completely on year to year sales... coaching plans come on rather quickly...

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
