Thank you so much for recommending HKA, especially as you have worked with us for more than nine years. We are grateful for all you have achieved to help us improve and grow successfully – thank you. We are also very happy for you that during your time you have enjoyed working at HKA, and helped us to improve. You noted a number of positive experiences and we are so pleased that the “collaboration” everyone works hard at does stand out for you. As you said, we continue to work hard at “protecting and improving collaboration”; a phrase our CEO uses regularly to ensure every action supports this important direction. We agree with your point “continue to listen to our people to implement effective development” – the views of our people are so important to us especially when often they hold the key to solutions. If I take your phrase purely and connect it to Learning and Development; you will know we hired an experienced expert to lead our Learning, Development, and Succession area he joined us in September 2021, and together with us he is already helping us improve this area substantially – of course, more to do here still.
