In reading your post, we are delighted for you that you experience many pros of working at HKA. Good to understand that you value “Flexible schedule, nice coworkers, hybrid work environment, minimal to no travel, supportive of career advancement”
We continue to do everything we can to make HKA a great place to work – we can see areas for improvement and we are working on those.

On your point about the “no set bonus formula”; we took a decision a few years ago to evolve from a formulaic bonus to one based on performance and behaviours; which brings more discussion into the bonus decision. We do think this bonus approach is helping HKA become more successful as we place the importance on performance with the right behaviours to drive collaboration and global growth/improvement.
