      Pros

      Zodiac Pool Systems is a great company to build a future with! Strong leadership , great culture, and solid strategic direction with the added bonus of excellent people make Zodiac Pool Systems the place to be.

      Cons

      Parking at the corporate office in Vista California. You will need to get there by 8AM or you will be parking on the street.

      We love when our employees speak of our great culture and excellent people! We couldn't agree more. We are looking into parking options, we've added so many new positions that our parking lot can't keep up with our growth.

      -control over your own schedule/independence -minimal micro management -opportunity for advancement

      Cons

      As of today it was announced the 9/80 flexible every other Friday off schedule is no more. This is a warning to potential employees. For me this was a huge perk and critical to work/life balance. It is very unfortunate and I am reconsidering my future with this company. The current job openings however still advertise the 9/80 schedule so be aware Management also continues to make decisions that are supposed to save money but end up creating more waste and spend more money than they are worth.
