Salaries are generally low and very variable within the team, almost to the point of exploitation. It's quite common to be onboarding new team members who are earning a lot more than you (without valid justification from management). Opportunities for growth were also very badly managed while I was there. The company still has a start-up mentality (in terms of disorganisation), despite its growing size and level of investment.
