      Family oriented, promote continued education and advancement, great benefits, flexibility, wonderful working conditions. Overall just a great company to work for.

      Management seems to care. Work life balance.

      Cons

      Doing the work of a senior adjuster but they will not give promotions even though the adjusters do the work, for a lower pay.
