Pros
Calamp has generally done a great job in finding some of the best talent in the industry. The recuriting team is committed to ensuring diverse candidates are located and support the leadership team. Office is clean and and provides team building opportunites over breakfast and other afterwork activies lead by the Human Resources Team. Facility offers hybrid work schedule to some.
Cons
Most recently key leadership members and members of the ELT have resigned with minimal to no notice and new members of leadership have been brought in. Some new leaders have the minset of churn and burn being the new culture and encouraging managers to not foster an inclusive enviornment. Focusing on cost reduction should always be top of mind, but how you respect and communicate to employees when making changes should also be considered. Minimal diversity in leadership positions (Very few women or minorities) and I dont belive this is a result of any recruiting activies as the teams are pretty diverse overall in general roles.
