      Immediate team of good/ great people Large company benefits Worldwide reach for opportunities Reasonable compensation/ benefits PTO benefit one of the best (based on salary)

      Cons

      Insular culture can be problem Some people not willing to "go to bat" for fear their support could lead to problems for themselves. Large company bureacracy Integration of take-over target seemed to be problematic in certain situations - management alignment for example.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
