Pros

The people you work with are genuinely great and make the days more bearable Perks like free gym and restaurant discounts sound good on paper

Cons

Avoid this job at all costs, don’t let the fancy glass building in the city centre fool you like it fooled me, I was drawn in by the perks too like free gym and restaurant discounts, but the reality is very different The job is set up for you to work like a dog, and the commission structure just keeps getting harder If you hit target one month, the response is basically ok let’s raise it again It genuinely feels like they don’t want you to earn well Management is intense in the worst way, they watch you like a hawk You’ll feel constantly monitored, whether it’s toilet breaks, chatting to a colleague, or anything else You even have to log everything you do, which makes the whole environment feel suffocating and overly controlled There is also no remorse or sympathy from managers If you have a hospital appointment or a valid reason for being late, like an operation running over, and you end up 2 hours late, you still have to make up those 2 hours in your own time just so you get paid, which is ridiculous and shows they don’t actually care about you. The company has so much potential and money, but you don’t see it invested back into staff I’ve worked at smaller companies that treat employees better and actually make an effort with team events and culture.

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
