      Good pay, espacially variable, only in Good years Safety

      Cons

      As a process engineer you will endlessly do safety calculations and get very little challenges Managers are not open for ideas nor ambitions The idea is you get paid well, now you do as we say Carreer movement is very slow, many engineers are frustrated about it
