Pros

-Great pay -Limited working hours -Lots of holidays and vacation

Cons

- The company is so large that there are entire groups at the company who get paid to do nothing and no one ever says anything. - The technology used in sales is often 20 years old. - They promote their "values" but don't take action against sexist, ageist, or racist behavior unless it happens in a public forum. Even then the person might not be reprimanded. - Many people within the company don't understand how their own products work because there is no encouragement to share among peers at a level they will understand. - They try to encourage leadership and growth but fail at all levels and only promote people to act as placeholders, not to actually use talent. - Limited communication at all levels

Pros

Great benefits, hybrid & remote roles, great colleagues to work with. Great vacation /time off. Helpful colleagues

Cons

Reorganizations (roughly 3 years), IT roles dwindling in North America(moving to India), teams can get very silo-ed, “not my role” = not helping you (when you are looking for answers/assistance), currently seeing a lot of movement out of New Jersey (roles moving to other parts of the country), some organizational charts can be confusing, huge organization(can be difficult at times pinpointing the exact team you may need to work with)
