      In general good technical growth and learning opportunities are there, Freedom to handle multiple technical work might be very good for fresher graduates.

      Cons

      There are very few individuals who are partial and involved on state based politics. HR is still unable to control this.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
