      A company running by a few at the top, who take advantage of cheap overseas labor. If you belong to the top few, good for you.

      Cons

      They make you feel that you should feel lucky you get a job. The pay is not good and no career advancement. It is a good place for you if you are good playing politics.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
