Pros

Nice people - made genuine friends

Cons

1. Senior Management are solely focussed on credits and revenue. 2. The work is incredibly boring - you will learn everything you need to know within the first four weeks then you will be doing that until you become manager 3. Targets are unachievable on some teams - your fate is decided for you as you have no say which team you end up in and some perform far better than others. 4. Work hours are awful considering the simplicity of the job 5. You are made to feel terrible about things that are completely out of your control. 6. This job does not set you up with any skills that will help you in later life - all you do is sit on Linked In for 11 hours a day. 7. Do not get sucked in by the salary ! Explore other options and pick something that will provide you with some proper skills. Surprised there are not more negative reviews - can think of over 15 people who have left on very very bad terms.

Pros

All around really great people culture, for the most part everyone is super driven and willing to help You definitley do earn early responsibility especially if you show early aptitude It's fun getting to own client relationship at a young age

Cons

Work and day can be tedious and feel repetitive, you must like talking to people all day, every day The hurdle performance tracking can be stressful for younger Associates Increasingly tighter competition as clients seek to find cheaper alternatives Exit opportunities can feel limited to account management/customer success work
