The company has one of the greatest culture atleast for me by far compared to other companies that i had work with. This has become the core and the most important value among the 7 values mentioned in the adyen formula. I was given the opportunity to join the apac team in the very early stage back in year 2013. It surprised me with the people working in the company everyone are so willingly to share, and provide assistance to new starter even it was just the first day meeting the team coming from different offices around the world. Its a fast pace company, but you will learn alot from the people that working in the company coming from different background and industry experience especially in the fintech verticals. THE TEAM & THE PEOPLE "Winning is more important than ego", people often work as team in the company and shared the common goal together by helping business to solve day to day issue in the payments world regardless you are working in the partnership, customer success, commercial, or technical team, everyone contribute ideas and solutions to help solve the challenges face by the team everyday. MANAGEMENT TEAM Great management team! focus, clear, and the dedication in achieving what they belief in the business and people that work for the company. COMPANY EVENTS Yes! You get to hang out and meet up with your wing man that comes working in the office across the world and i personally still remember my first company trip with the global team in the summer of 2013 sailing event (sailing competition) at the noord amsterdam, de kuilart, which I was assign on the same boat with the CEO of the company, and everyone enjoy so much during this events, and of course we win the competition...what you expect! : ) Work hard, play hard, all hard works comes with great rewards, and benefits.

Communication sometimes could be hard for people because with the global scale, Updates may not be reaching as soon to the team based out of Europe, however is the effort from both side to align and ensure it gets the important message from these updates at all time, Beside this nothing much to complaint about..
