      Variety of Opportunities and Skills Overall Benefits package Good place to exlpore and train within Insurance

      Cons

      Power and Opportunities held within a very few hands. Challenge and empowerment is communicated. However, actions do not reflect words. Too much focus on defending the status quo Not somewehere you will learn from others to excel in your chosen field.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
