Pros

- Very talented people who truly work hard to succeed - Growth niche industry - Reasonable office space - reasonable benefits

Cons

- Little to no consistency in direction. Whatever way the wind blows is today's direction - No appreciation for the Herculean effort put in by rank and file staff. Work excessive overtime and don't receive more than a "what are you going to do next?" - Management is underqaulified and overpaid

Pros

The company has good benefits. The products are excellent and the best in the industry. Customers are nice and easy to work with.

Cons

The company has acquired so many new businesses that our product line has tripled. The work load has doubled, but the compensation is the same.
