      1. Worst HR and management policies One of the most conservative companies out there. Prefers years of experience over quality individuals for promotion. More like a typical government job HR is the worst here and just because of how bad they are it, many employees are leaving. Low pay. Work from home here is a crime, worst than most of the services companies out there. Micromangement.

      Decent pay great pay if you can cozy up to your boss... that’s not how I work

      Cons

      As another former high up employee said to me... Eaton puts too much dependency on people coming out of the Leadership Program. Just because they complete it doesn’t mean they are a good fit as management. After many years of employment and great prior years of reviews suddenly I was told I’m not a good employee... and released. Her last words to me was ... “Give me a break I’ve never managed anyone before” I am dependable and knowledgeable
