Competitive salaries ! Good, hard working people, at least in the Field locations ! Benefits average...some even below par .

No management concern about employees thoughts on making the business more efficient ! IF YOUR GROUP IS NOT MAKING MONEY... Your UP FOR SALE !!!

Pros

low stress, flexible schedule, laid back but very old school.

Cons

IT infrastructure is terrible. Contractors are cleared out every 6 months once they learn the systems. I was literally told people come here to "retire". No one is ambitious some manager level don't even have undergraduate degrees. You can be very limited internal movement.
