Pros

Smart colleagues who are generally passionate about what they do.

Cons

Leadership struggles with providing direction and a vision. Continual change has caused most employees to distrust management and makes for a work environment where your future is uncertain.

Pros

401 K/competitive benefits. Somewhat independent work without micro management (sometimes). That's pretty much it unfortunately. Had high hopes upon onboardjng but those hopes sunk quickly.

Cons

High school politics. Pretty much the Trump Administration in corporate form. Mandatory overtime. Unhelpful HR. Micro aggressions are frequent and go unpunished. Terrible management. Toxicity and gossip from sour apples that brown nose their ways into unjust promotions.

Cons

There are A LOT of Cons but for now I will say that if you value your safety (Spokane, WA) I would look elsewhere. The ATF and DCFS is also in the same building and they receive bomb threats, how often I couldn't tell you because Engie Insight's safety team decided to NOT tell their employees when a bomb threat has been received. That decision was told to staff in one of the company meetings, when I heard that I was (and still am) absolutely stunned. Also if there was ever a fire there I fear several people would die because their 'fire plan' is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced - only one exit (5 stories up) out for over 1k people, no plan for evacuating people in wheelchairs, scooters, etc., no meeting point for each dept. and team leads had no list of their staff to verify the head count.
