Pros

Benefits are good, especially Paid Time Off program (instead of separate vacation/sick/personal days). Office facilities are very nice. Company culture very friendly, welcoming.

Cons

Many employees are allowed to underperform, making life more difficult for those who are working hard. Far north suburban location very inconvenient for people living in the city of Chicago or the western or southern suburbs.

Pros

Management is awesome, they actually care about the employees, very flexible and understanding. I would reccomend this company to others.

Cons

Reduction in force not handled all that well... Discover lost a bunch of great employees that should still be there...

Pros

It's a decent job for someone in highschool, or someone attending college. The pay isn't the best, but it's not the worst. If you can handle working in a call center, then you probably wouldn't mind this job. The people you work with are normally pretty fun. Usually call centers are some of the more fun places to work.

Cons

Working in a call center.
