- Having the founders still leading the company is fantastic. The strategy makes sense to me, and I know how I can contribute to it on a daily basis. The weekly all-hands are more entertaining than most (if not all) recent Netflix series. - Things are moving quickly, keeping you on your toes and constantly learning. - Colleagues are pretty smart and have an impressive range of experiences. - There is genuine appreciation for and celebration of achievements.

If your not a white man you will not fit into the culture. I am not white, and I worked there for years. When I was hired there was some diversity with women and other ethnicities. Every internal emails about new hires include a photo. After a while I noticed most if not all of the people they hire are white men. They barely hire black people or women, why is that...
