      Short term thinking

      They pay , when you work, as they hv to .

      Cons

      Would suggest not to consider joining , if you hv other offer. Found them having short term mindset. Seen, even full-time, getting terminated. They do not hv lot of projects. Getting out of co can be still fine, but the reasons and shocker which someone got, really affected a lot. Someone was really affected, in many ways.

      Pros

      Excellent training opportunities. If there is any external training that directly benefits your role - they will reimburse the cost including books and exams. Good list of clients. Good account managers overall. Super fun Christmas parties. Monthly drinks are awesome if you're into that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Some account managers stretch the truth about consultant capability, so you may find yourself in over your head . Some lead consultants are super protective of their clients so you may end up on the wrong end of a discussion. Some of the rules relating to being on the bench are just plain weird so you need to be aware of the rules.

      Great Culture and work portfolio

      Pros

      Two key areas - People- centric culture - Consultant support network, amazing social club which organises real cool stuff, corporate games participation, very supportive training program and oh yes! certification bonus. You are invited to the big Christmas parties with your partner. ** Great work portfolio with some of the best Australian and global companies. Our assignments range from 6 months to 2+ years or more.

      Cons

      Interview process is a 3 step process. Salary review cycle in once a year ( not really keeping up with inflation) Part time consulting is missing.
