Coach reviews

Management meetings on days off were a bit annoying. Having to be in dress code to do a floor moove seemed a bit silly. I feel there was a bit too much micro managing.

I have consulted at several companies so trust me when i say you do NOT want to work here. I was degraded and taken advantage of so much that the day i left was the happiest day of my life. Managers don't give clear instructions. There is absolutely no room to move up or withint he company esp if you start on a part time or temp. basis even if you work experience and education is alot more than your own manager. This is not a company that lets you grow once you have your foot in the door. They have no regard for the amount of workload they give you. You can work til 10pm and work your butt of and still not recieve a thanks. They look at it more like yea your slow that you had to stay late and you'll get a "talk". If you want to be treated like a gopher or a dog then this is the perfect place to work. They are all about that coach image but not in a good way.
