      Pros

      CalAmp offers a nice work environment. The Management Team is very approachable. CalAmp also has a decent benefits package which includes employer matching for 401K contribution.

      Cons

      Upward mobility is limited so there isn't much room for growth, Aside from the benefits package there aren't many incentives offered.
