      Pros

      Lots of communication from Senior Management on changes to the company nationally and globally. Flexible with time off as needed

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted. The Health Care options are limited in terms of choice. Low raises/bonuses for non brokerage staff

      Top Real Estate Firm - Only Good for Brokerage Professionals

      Pros

      This is the top real estate services firm in the world--you will learn a lot and from the best in the business--can never be taken away from you--will speak volumes to others.

      Cons

      CBRE is not the place for anyone who doesn't aspire to be on the brokerage side; however, moving into the brokerage side is extremely competitive. Compensation for positions is very low and no possibility of bonuses/financial incentives to slave yourself for brokerage. Found myself burned out very quickly with nothing to show for it, except to make someone else rich.

      Pros

      The benefits package is good. They have very good promotional opportunities if you are a male in your 20s or early 30s.

      Cons

      It's a very structured, high-stress environment where employees frequently don't feel respected or appreciated despite all the "feel good" activities which are frequently planned during employee busiest workload times.
