Pros

Good compensation, free food and snacks

Cons

- All requests and meetings are conducted in Chinese - Requests are all equally urgent, where leaders do not seem to help draw this line (if all urgent, none are) - Severely lack of manpower where people continuously quit, only seniors seems to be hired and these people rarely contributed to the actual work but only on the "management" side - Lower than average job security as compared to other companies in the tech industry

Mishandled

Pros

We were mishandled poorly & badly.

Cons

1. Messy. No welfare. No accountability. They mishandled the employees. They suddenly changed our job titles. It's either you accept the new role or leave. The following month, after accepting the new role (which by means, of no choice), they claimed you were not meeting expectations in the new role, so they asked us to leave again. 2. If KPI is expected to complete 15 cases per day, when we take MC one day, the following day when we are back to the office, (we are expected to complete 15 cases + 15 cases from MC day, a total of 30 cases to be completed) This applies to taking Annual leave too.

Pros

- Relatively generous pay - Comprehensive insurance schemes - Nice pantry

Cons

- Take a tremendous amount of tech debt and never repay to maximize the speed of software development. The source code has become a black box. - Because of this, most internal systems are unstable and difficult to use. Everyone is very busy either fixing bugs or asking around for solutions. - This leaves less time for employees to deliver new features, so people take more tech debt. - Do not appreciate maintenance efforts, but blame if system breaks down. - In the same team, working hour: China > Singapore >> US; payscale: US >> Singapore > China
