Hiya thanks for your feedback it really is appreciated. Having said that I really don't understand what you mean by some of your cons. There really isn't inequality of benefits between the offices (we don't have a head office) that's just not true. There are some differences based on levels and role types but these are same across the business. I don't understand why you've had to wait for your transport discount, that doesn't sound right so please speak to a member of the People Team and apologies if you have had to wait. Despite what you may think, colleague turnover is the lowest it has ever been and improving as we work hard to make BookingGo an even better place to work. I also do not understand what you mean about only having one small area to get away from the phone's. There are large breakout areas plus kitchens on every floor plus the "Hacienda" canteen so I'm sorry that's just not true. If you'd like to discuss any of this please just drop me a line. Hi and thanks for your review and rating. From what you say, I assume you are based in our Barcelona office it's great to hear there is so much that you like about the business. At the moment our approach has been to offer good base salaries as opposed to lower salaries and a bonus. Having said that, this is an area that we keep constantly under review to make sure we are competitive in the markets where we have colleagues. So thanks for your suggestion it is much appreciated.
