Pros

Learning opportunities, focused on driving impact and executing well on what really matters, pushing everyone to justify their actions/performance with clear results, and solid data analysis, while helping you develop soft skills, and become a better leader for your projects.

Cons

Difficult to grow if you are not based in HQ + what you would expect from a 15k+ employees company. For example, the more important the project, the more steps and patience will be required to be able to move to execution, also pushing you to be as clear as possible on your story telling with data if you want to be heard.
