      Pros

      - as said in the title, the most important thing is that at booking (compared to Amazon where I've worked before), employees are really appreciated in general and you get the feel that they see you as a human being - free food! - good work culture/wlb - people actually go home at 5 PM :)

      Cons

      - I'd like to see alerts and incidents being taken more seriously, in the sense that at least in my team we kinda ignore many of them; have higher standards - limited career opportunities as for example some promotions are blocked

      Office location in Amsterdam, Office building is green and open space, Breakfast and Lunch provided, Compensation is top-class

      Cons

      After recent restructuring, work culture has nose dived. Every man for himself. Most people stay as they may have to take a cut outside booking. Tech business vibe is completely wiped off. Now its a typical high burn out environment.

      Pros

      I love the company culture and our team. My manager is very humane and from what I heard from people around me, they also got support they needed when they shared their challenges.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any. If I had to pick one maybe it’s sometimes hard to get a face to face time in the office as we support remote work (which I love a lot btw)
