Business Outlook
Pros
Company offers high salaries and excellent benefits. Overtime is actually paid which is almost unheard of in other companies. Union for engineering employees is also available.
Cons
Recognition for employees going above and beyond is very rare. Parking on the everett campus is terrible. They just went through a massive layoff and imposed mandatory overtime on the remaining employees. Promotions are difficult to impossible to achieve. Management and how interesting the work is is highly group dependent. Corporate leadership seems totally divorced from whats best for the company and has almost driven it into bankruptcy over the last decade.
