Pros

Most people are ready to help navigate the complex jungle that Bloomberg is. Perks are out of the world, they know how to look after employees.

Cons

Can be hard to be recognized in a big place like Bloomberg. Some of the legacy code can be a real pain to navigate.

Pros

Good place to start off a career. They provide plenty of perks for employees to make them feel appreciated. They were patrons of the arts and community service, which is quite unique within the finance industry.

Cons

Too big to be recognized for your individual work - unless you make it a point to flaunt your achievements. Since the company is so big people tend to be overly and unnecessarily competitive in looking out for themselves rather than focusing on the team goals.
