      Salary & Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Leadership, antiquated systems, lack of a executable strategy. Demotivated sales and marketing and PM teams. Almost all newly promoted leaders are lacking any experience in actually being successful in their new roles. Do not waste your time believing the recent positive reviews; this is just HR spin. The fact is that Belden is spinning down the drain and it has just gotten worse since late 2019. Recent cuts have affected ability to execute as well as the motivation of those remaining.

      Pros

      The pay is ok but stays static so make sure to get a good start. There is agility but needs escalation to make it happen.

      Cons

      Line managers that have no clue about the customer. Line managers too concentrated on THEIR bonuses. The customer defines our success - if they agree with us otherwise they are just a problem. Bullying and pressuring people into doing things is commonplace. I know the directors and they will not be happy unless you do this now.
