Pros

- Remote work. - If you are a dump you can continue here.

Cons

- It's a good for people going to retire, not for engineers who want to do some innovative work. - No home grown software or process in the engineering side. - This is not a software company so no software development process etc. - The bottom line is If you are technical person and want to do some innovative work this is not the place.

Pros

Have legacy products which have good brand recall. Pays well and above Industry level for new hiring.

Cons

1. This company is run by Finance Guys, right from APAC to the top who have little or no sales acumen or vision. Company is not sales driven and blind loyalty to management is the mantra for survival and growth 2. Company is not able to innovate from nearly two decades and all the growth is inorganic through acquisitions 3. Top management has kind of disdain for growing sales leadership, extreme nepotism at the country level in India, highly enouraged by top management in APAC and CORP 4. No systems and processes. Run like a small family driven enterprise wherein decisions are imposed by the top on hearsay. No performance metrics considered for promotion 5. Toxic and opaque culture

Not a Great Place to Work

Pros

Friendly Colleagues for the most part

Cons

HR is completely incapable, they don't even know who's got a contract and who's a temp. They can't even write a letter without mistakes. HR constantly tries to pass new policies which heavily negatively influences mainly operators pretending it is needed to survive. When Site Leadership gets feedback which is aimed at the top of it, they talk it into being the fault of first level management. Lean principals are only being used by Operations, Engineering and Quality the rest just pretends by filling their LDM and faking their KPI's E.G. IT will close a ticket because they can't fix it or don't want to put in the work to support. New CEO (Chand) seems to be more concerned with his outside perception than running the business, there's no plan just goals.
