      Direct leadership has your back. Flexible with work/life matters.

      Compensation and benefits are well below par. Outdated and prehistoric view of the market,workplace,and how an internet company should be run in this era.

      They are trying to move into higher margin businesses. Some interesting work.

      Cons

      Operating high margin businesses with low margin metrics. About 5 years behind on Internet marketing. Very old school. Operating the company using the X-Matrix could help but it is set up as only stretch goals. It is then used to beat people for not meeting the goals.
