Pros

Benefits, Brand Name, Global Company

Cons

Awful local management is compounded by even worse over arching management in the UK. Nothing is accomplished without 5+ sign offs by Directors and MDs. Advancement is based more on sucking up then achievement. Overall people are extremely unhappy, with the best employees leaving as soon as they can.

Pros

Company is ok ok..has lost its charm like before

Cons

"Ineffective leadership and decision-making are prevalent issues within the organization. Often, new leaders are recruited from external sources, leading to the influx of their own associates from previous workplaces. Consequently, existing employees are deprived of ample opportunities for growth and development. The management exhibits evident favoritism and bias, limiting the chances for meritocracy to prevail within the organization. The prevalent culture is driven by favoritism, where only individuals deemed favorable by management are granted opportunities for advancement. Regrettably, the organization's management seems to operate on a basis of lobbying, where personal connections and influence hold more sway than professional qualifications or achievements. Furthermore, there exists a concerning number of instances of betrayal and backstabbing, leading to a pervasive atmosphere of distrust among employees." "Numerous skilled and valued employees have departed the organization due to inadequate management and their decisions."
