      Nice place to work, too busy focused on moving on staff to encourage learning and promotion of those they want to keep

      Corporate need to move on staff means that space isn't made to teach on the job. Over generic hiring practices damage ability to recruit right specialists for roles and do not encourage senior leadership to better understand their sectors and client bases.
