Great place to enhance your skills, but management needs a reality check

Pros

-Building some amazing relationships with both donors and co-workers -Enhancing biometric, phlebotomy, and lab prep skills -Occasional rewards and recognition

Cons

-Overworked after tax season, busy!!busy!!! (no matter if you are part-time) -Under paid for the amount of work -Early lunches and shorter 15 min breaks (especially for afternoon shift) -No room for advancement (but will train as a backup with no raise)

Very Good benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Where do we start????? Most departments are under staffed. You are frowned upon if you only work 40 hours a week. Upper and middle management are completely out of touch with their staff. Big time favoritism, does not matter the quality of work that you do.

PTO days are in abundance. Stable, self-sustaining company that develops, manufactures, performs quality control testing of, markets, and sells it's own products. A lot of veteran employees (some more than 25-30 years).

Cons

Management is changing, so there are a lot of unknowns (company got bought out by ADMA).
