Pros

Great place to work, decent benefits, great coworkers. Each center is different though and us having a great manager probably helps with the issues everyone else is having.

Cons

Close quarters creates drama sometimes. Holiday hours are pointless...production is low, but were open. Not much support is given to the training department.

Cons

Fake,phoney and liers. Almost everyone has an agenda. You have to lie, cheat, and manipulate to get anywhere here. DON'T BOTHER working hard.
