The corporate office is a mess. They wait until something happens then overreact to it instead of planning for the future, and when they do plan for the future its extremely short sighted. Unrealistic goals that are never met. Nothing happens quickly. Employees are treated like incompetent buffoons by higher ups who barely do enough to keep their own jobs Pay is below market average. This is a company that quality employees leave the second they find something better.

Human Resource Department needs serious overhaul. Unfortunately our HR department receives their bonuses for staff retention and this has led to some seriously questionable HR practices. It is often difficult to perform many management duties because of the limitations set forth by our HR department. If an employee calls the "Glass House" (Term for our HR call center) more than once then HR and our upper management feel that the facility management may not be performing their jobs or unsuited for their positions. Also, HR makes it nearly impossible to terminate an employee due to behavior or actions including tardiness/ absences.
