Great healthcare experience, but management needs some adjustments.

Management plays favorites and doesn’t stick to their word. They claim it’s easy to move up and get promoted, but only if you’re “in” or have stayed at the company for a long time. If you give a suggestion, just expect that it went in one ear and out the other because nothing will change. Hard work should be appreciated, acknowledged, and those who do so should be compensated fairly; however, this is not the case. Some managers are condescending. Many BMTs are undergrads or post-grads aspiring to go to medical/PA/nursing schools, yet some managers treat them as if they are unintelligent. I have had issues that I presented to management and I no longer feel comfortable doing such in the future because I was not listened to. I will resort to talking to corporate if I have issues again.
