      1 Largest chemical company in the world. 2 Benifits are good.

      Cons

      1 Employee count at local operations are thin. 2 You can openly sense the distaste in employees attitudes when it comes to senior management. 3 Not a place if you are ambitious and keen to learn. 4 Environment can be negative especailly when it comes to management.

      Pros

      The benefits were remarkable, great medical, good health, great education reimbursement. The educational aspect on how they had ongoing training to make you the best sales person in the business was remarkable.

      Cons

      Management loved to micromanage everything. You want to sell they want you to do reports.

      Pros

      very good benefits and abiltiy to balance life and work. Training opportunites, especially on-line. They encourage thinking outside the box and employee empowerment, especially when it comes to safety.

      Cons

      Low turn-over. Hires seem to be done on a who-knows-who basis.
