Low salary, less experience, low technical skills

they expect you to be like a machine sometimes, no equal opportunities, 80% of people there got hired by connections and not by skills and experience, and forget about promotions, it's only for Lebanese people even if they worked for less than 3 months, no matter what hard work you provide or excellent behavior and rules following, the company will promote others even if they're rude, not available at the work location, not even interested to learn and improve, the company will put all their time and work to teach them and support/promote them just because they're from a different nationality.
